Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for an Administrative Assistant at Bighorn Firearms in Denver, CO. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support 5-10 hours weekly including emails, payroll, accounts payable, licensing and permits, etc.
Qualifications
- Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
- Excellent Phone Etiquette and strong Communication skills
- Proficiency in Clerical Skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Experience with customer service is a plus
- Knowledge of firearms or related industry experience is beneficial but not required
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
