Our clinicians benefit from weekly consultation groups, billing assistance, intake scheduling, and ongoing education opportunities.For those interested, there is also the opportunity to supervise an Associate Therapist or Psych Assistant. Full-time employees working 30 hours or more per week are eligible for health insurance coverage. Our emphasis on collaborative teamwork is evident throughout our center. If you are seeking to join a compassionate and dedicated team, consider a role at the San Francisco Stress and Anxiety Center to facilitate positive change.ResponsibilitiesMaintain a caseload of at least 10 clients per week, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our community.Dedicate a minimum of 15 hours per week to client sessions and administrative tasks, ensuring efficient and effective management of your workload.Keep your professional license up to date with either the California Board of Behavioral Sciences or the California Board of Psychology, demonstrating your commitment to professional standards and ongoing development.Complete progress notes in a timely manner, ensuring the continuity of care for clients and providing accurate and comprehensive documentation.Attend mandatory yearly meetings, which serve as an opportunity to stay informed about any policy or procedural changes within the organization. These meetings also facilitate connections with your colleagues.QualificationsHave a Doctorate (Ph.D., PsyD) or Master's in Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or Social Work from an Accredited University.Have relevant clinical experience using Evidence-Based Practices for psychosocial issues such as anxiety, depression, family dynamics, communication, life transitions, and more.Understand the HIPAA requirements for mental health records and substance abuse records, and maintain appropriate documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.Are excited to collaborate with and learn from other clinicians.Have a strong work ethic.Are technologically-savvy.Are committed to cultural humility and inclusion.Compensation$80 - $120 hourlyAbout SF Stress and Anxiety CenterFounded and run by licensed mental health professionals, with a commitment to providing services in person and online, SF Stress and Anxiety Center is a clinician-based group practice where you have a voice.Since our inception 10 years ago, we have been committed to providing high-quality outpatient services in the Bay Area and throughout California.At SF Stress, our values include being trustworthy, curious, thoughtful, and of service .
