Our award-winning firm is currently seeking a motivated Quality Control Specialist to join our team. A Quality Control Specialist (“QC”) plays a vital role in the Intake Department by assisting the Intake representatives once a file has been vetted by intake and / or a new client has signed an agreement to be represented by the firm. QC assures that all data is entered accurately, thoroughly, and on time. Specifically, QC enters pertinent client and file information into the firm’s client management system prior to the file being pushed through to the firm’s Case Management Department. QC also works closely with our intake specialists, case managers, and attorneys.To be successful in this role, a QC should have strong teamwork and time-management skills, excellent organization abilities, and be task-oriented and meticulous in comprising and transferring data.
