Work Schedule Options
✔ 30-Min Lunch: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
✔ 1-Hour Lunch: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM | 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
✔ Customer Service & Communication – Answer calls, schedule appointments, provide job updates, and follow up for customer satisfaction.
✔ Dispatching & Scheduling – Assign jobs based on urgency, technician availability, and location.
✔ Attention to Detail – Ensure customer details are correct and schedules run smoothly.
✔ Hours & Payroll Support – Track technician hours and maintain payroll documentation.
✔ Call Triage & Prioritization – Assess urgency and coordinate with management.
