Overview of the Position
Dentists will provide dental care in the diagnosis and treatment of patients consistent with the scope of practice of the health center.
- Diagnosing Dental Problems: Identifying issues such as cavities, gum disease, and oral infections through examinations and diagnostic tools like X-rays.
- Treating Dental Issues: Performing procedures such as fillings and extractions to address dental problems.
- Preventive Care: Educating patients on proper oral hygiene practices and providing preventive treatments like cleanings and sealants to avoid dental issues.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited dental school
- Licensed as a dentist in the state of assigned clinic (WY)
- Unrestricted DEA license
- BLS certification
- Valid driver's license
