Position Overview : We are looking for a Social Media Director with proven experience in building brands and managing large-scale content operations. The ideal candidate will design, implement, and oversee our content strategy to drive audience growth, engagement, and brand loyalty. This role involves managing a content calendar, coordinating with creators, and ultimately positioning the company as a leader in the real estate coaching industry.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to establish a personal and professional brand in the real estate industry.
- Plan, create, and oversee a high volume of engaging, educational, and inspirational content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Collaborate with the founder to share real estate insights, success stories, and lessons learned to inspire and educate followers.
- Manage and grow a team of content creators, videographers, graphic designers, and other freelancers or staff as needed.
- Oversee all aspects of content production, including video shoots, editing, and scheduling posts.
- Utilize analytics tools to track performance metrics and refine strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Identify opportunities for partnerships, collaborations, and cross-promotions to expand reach.
- Develop a launch strategy for a coaching program, including promotional campaigns and lead generation efforts.
