We Are A Dynamic, Fast-Growing Law Firm Looking For An Experienced Chief Operating Officer To Take Us To The Next Level And Beyond!
We are looking for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to work directly with our Owners to oversee everything except the practice of law. If you find strategic planning, project management, and critical administrative, financial, and operational oversight exciting and desire to be in a key leadership role in shaping and sustaining our Firm culture, this might be the right job for you. Prior Experience with EOS or Scaling Up is a PLUS!
This is an executive-level position for a COO who will be responsible for a wide range of activities in all phases of operations, administration, personnel, finances, facilities, and business systems. We need someone with significant hands-on experience in the role of COO. You must have experience managing a team of more than 25 people and a budget of more than $10MM. Experience growing a business at a rate of at least 50% per year is a plus. We will not teach you how to be a COO, but we will teach you all about the Firm, our culture, and what we have established so far.

Compensation
140,000 - $165,000 yearly
