We’re seeking talented individuals to help us expand our reach and enhance our client experience. This is a part-time role that could be filled by two specialized individuals (one social media specialist and one video creator) or one multi-talented professional. If you’re interested in an exciting role within the real estate industry and would enjoy working in an energetic and creative work environment, we can’t wait to see your application.
Responsibilities
Script, record, and edit high-quality videos of the team, featured properties, and communities.
Post videos to various platforms and optimize them for reach and engagement.
Maintain our social media platforms including messages to our audience.
Report out monthly statistics for website and social media traffic, engagement, and lead generation, and suggest ideas for optimization.
Create marketing materials including website content, advertisements, social media posts, and other collateral that is polished and on-brand.
Qualifications
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Knowledge of marketing methods and techniques.
Experience in social media content creation for businesses.
Experience in video script writing, creation, and editing.
Knowledge of analytics.
Proven record of successfully increasing social media reach and engagement.
Compensation
17 - $23 per hour
