We are currently seeking a skilled Network Administrator to join our team located in the beautiful city of Santa Barbara, California. Responsibilities
- Administer, configure, and troubleshoot networks in a 24 / 7 operational setting in Santa Barbara, CA, US.
- Provide technical support on a 24 / 7 basis while overseeing and configuring the networks.
- Ensure the reliability of the network infrastructure for both ISP's customers and HQ staff through continuous monitoring and maintenance.
- Collaborate with the Implementation Experts to plan system upgrades for customers and ensure compliance with maintenance and security standards.
- Manage multiple projects and serve as the escalation point in the Technical Assistance Center when necessary.
- Identify customer technical project needs by communicating with the Sales Team.
- Optimize the network and analyze equipment requirements by closely collaborating with the Executive Staff and network designer.
- Provide in-person technical assistance at customer sites as required.
