Schedule :

Day shift

Monday to Friday

Onsite Professional Office Setting minimum 3 days per week

Responsibilities

Creating and submitting legal paperwork related to litigation, including pleadings, discovery requests, and motions.

Representing clients in trials held in District and Circuit Courts across Maryland and Washington D.C.

Offering clear guidance and maintaining open communication with clients throughout the legal proceedings.

Demonstrating a deep understanding of Maryland Personal Injury law to handle cases effectively.

Efficiently managing a substantial caseload and demonstrating strong leadership skills.

Devising litigation strategies and overseeing the discovery process to support case development.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney specifically in Maryland.

This role necessitates a minimum of 2 years of trial courtroom experience in the area.

A genuine passion for being in the courtroom is a must.

Exceptional interpersonal skills are vital to engaging empathetically with clients.

A strong commitment to achieving optimal results for clients and excelling in legal cases is essential.

Availability to work a 40-hour week, Monday to Friday, minimum of 3 days in office, 1-2 days hybrid.

Compensation

110,000 - $140,000 yearly
