Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Assist Territory Managers/Sales Managers in engaging with prospective and current clients through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
- Sales Support: Assist with inside sales call campaigns.
- Data Management: Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system (Hubspot) to ensure accuracy and provide insights on customer activity.
- Marketing: Create engaging content for upcoming auctions in assigned District/Territory.
- Field Experience: Join Sales Managers in the field to observe and participate in sales calls, equipment demonstrations/preparation, and customer meetings.
- Lead Generation: Proactively seek and develop new customer leads in assigned Territory/District.
- Passionate about learning sales, customer relations, and the agricultural or industrial equipment sector.
- Strong Communicator with excellent verbal and written skills, able to connect with customers and colleagues professionally.
- Organized and Detail-Oriented, ensuring thorough follow-through on customer interactions and project tasks.
- Self-Motivated with a proactive approach to learning and contributing to team success.
- Team Player comfortable collaborating with experienced Sales Managers and willing to step out of your comfort zone to learn.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field.
- Comfortable with occasional travel within the assigned territory (require a valid driver’s license).
