HOURS
Monday - Friday : 8 : 30am - 5 : 00pm
Weekends as needed
Scheduled dates and hours subject to change at employer discretion
PAY, BENEFITS AND PERKS
Hiring Pay Range : $56,000 - $70,000 / year

SUMMARY
The Property Manager is responsible for all operational and financial aspects of a property and meeting company goals in those areas. This includes ensuring the property is excelling in areas such as leasing, collections, resident relations, maintenance, personnel management, compliance with company safety program, laws, and company policies. Must possess mobility to work in a standard office setting and to use standard office equipment, including a computer; stamina to maintain attention to detail despite interruptions; strength to lift and carry items weighing up to 10 pounds; vision to read printed material and a computer screen; and hearing and speech to communicate in-person and over the telephone. Must be able to quickly and easily navigate the property / building as required to meet the job functions, including climbing stairs and walking the hallways and common areas.
