Position Overview : We are seeking a dynamic and experienced AI Product Manager with a strong background in Revenue Cycle Management RCM for our Digital Health team. You will be responsible for creating new and exciting AI-driven digital health software products and solutions that focus on Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) in our healthcare clients’ environments.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of generative AI (NLP, LLMs) and machine learning technologies, coupled with a proven track record in product management within the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities :
- Product Strategy and Vision : Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals and market needs.
- Roadmap Development : Create and manage detailed product roadmaps, prioritizing features and initiatives based on business value, customer needs, and technical feasibility.
- Market Analysis : Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer pain points, and opportunities for AI applications in healthcare payments and revenue cycle management.
- Stakeholder Engagement : Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure that the product meets user expectations and regulatory standards.
- Performance Monitoring : Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product success and inform ongoing improvements.
