Our chain is comprised of more than 78 company owned dealerships across the United States, retailing a wide variety of trailers, truck beds, as well as sales replacement and repair parts and accessories, service and installation. The Store Support Generalist is responsible for supporting the daily function of the store, with a broad set of responsibilities that include, administrative, sales, inventory support, and operational duties, all designed to keep the store functioning. The role serves to support our business in a variety of areas to keep us operating safely and efficiently, while always ensuring a best-in-class positive customer experience.
Key Accountabilities
- Customer Focus : Actively support and drive an excellent customer service.
- Operations : Assist the store in adherence to processes and control standards.
- Oversite : Assist with store open and close or monitoring of the store for short periods of time.
