What You Are Accountable For :
AI Product Strategy and Execution :
- Define product requirements in collaboration with stakeholders, data scientists, and engineers, ensuring AI solutions meet customer needs and deliver measurable value.
- Integrate AI capabilities seamlessly into the user experience, enabling smarter decision-making and maximizing efficiency for professional services organizations
- Champion our new, centralized data layer as the foundation for future AI applications within the platform, which also includes managing the roadmap for this product
- Prioritize features and releases by balancing customer needs, technical feasibility, and business impact.
- Stay informed on advancements in AI, machine learning, and related fields to continuously improve and evolve our products.
- Ensure ethical guidelines are incorporated into AI product development, focusing on fairness, transparency, and privacy.

The expected salary for this position ranges from $110,000 - $160,000 annually. The actual salary will be determined on an individualized basis taking into account a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, education, and, where applicable, licenses or certifications held. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, this position may be eligible for additional types of compensation such as bonuses.
