What are the responsibilities and job description for the Beer wine specialist position at BigYNon?
- Exceed our customers’ evolving expectations by preparing the freshest quality product while providing World Class customer service and a pleasant and rewarding shopping experience.
- Assist customers with beer and wine choices; offer suggestions and guidance with event planning.
- Monitor, order, receive and maintain department product and / or supplies using appropriate tools.
- Ensure proper department conditions (e.g., shelf, chill case, sales floor, backroom, etc.).
- Operate and maintain equipment / machinery, tools, and workstations.
- Ability to represent A Culture of Caring and The Pursuit of Excellence™ through Big Y’s Firm Foundations™ (Character, Collaboration, Personal Development, Actions & Results).
- Ability to demonstrate a passion for wine and food through interactive sales techniques.
- Must project a clean and professional appearance.

- Ability to work a flexible schedule in accordance with the needs of the store.
