Overview
We are seeking dedicated Support Staff to join our dynamic restaurant and bar service teams for front of house and back of house support.
General Support:
- Assist servers and bartenders with tasks such as clearing tables, refilling water, and resetting tables efficiently.
- Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen or bar to guests promptly and accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked environment in the dining room, kitchen, and bar areas.
Dining Room & Table Maintenance:
- Clear and reset tables quickly and to the restaurant's standards.
- Restock table settings, napkins, and condiments as needed.
- Keep floors and dining areas clean and free of debris throughout service.
Guest Interaction:
- Support servers in addressing guest needs and requests courteously and promptly.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless service for guests.
Bar & Beverage Support (For Barbacks):
- Keep the bar stocked with glassware, ice, garnishes, and beverages.
- Assist bartenders by restocking inventory and cleaning bar areas.
- Prepare bar tools and ingredients for efficient service.
Food Running:
- Deliver food orders to tables quickly, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards.
- Communicate with the kitchen and servers about guest needs or modifications.
- Be knowledgeable about menu items to answer basic guest questions.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to lift and carry trays, dishes, and supplies (up to 50 lbs).
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
