Job Overview: As a Bikini Model Coffee Barista, you will be the face of our food truck, responsible for creating an enjoyable and engaging experience for customers while preparing and serving high-quality coffee drinks, smoothies, and snacks. You will represent our brand with style, energy, and professionalism, providing exceptional service in a fun, casual environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers with a friendly, approachable, and energetic attitude.
• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee drinks, espresso-based beverages, smoothies, and light snacks.
• Provide fast, efficient, and friendly service while maintaining cleanliness and organization in the food truck.
• Create an engaging and fun atmosphere by interacting with customers, creating a memorable experience.
• Adhere to all food safety and health regulations, ensuring cleanliness and safety in the work environment.
• Maintain the appearance of the food truck, ensuring it looks inviting and professional.
• Process customer payments and handle cash or card transactions accurately.
• Work efficiently with other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies when needed.
• Represent the brand by wearing the bikini uniform and upholding our professional yet approachable standards of appearance.
• Attend special events, promotions, and pop-ups as required.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior coffee shop experience in customer service or as a coffee barista is preferred.
• Outgoing, energetic, and confident with excellent communication skills.
• Physically fit and comfortable working in a bikini (or other approved uniform) in a food truck environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of service.
• Must have a positive attitude and be able to interact with diverse customers.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, early mornings, and holidays.
• Knowledge of coffee preparation and machine operation is a plus.
• Ability to work well with a team and independently.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic.
• Must adhere to health and safety regulations in food preparation and handling.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
