Are you passionate about fashion and delivering top-tier customer service? We’re looking for a dedicated eCommerce Fashion Assistant to join our growing luxury swimwear brand. This role is primarily focused on customer support and shipping, ensuring every client has an exceptional shopping experience both online and in-store.
What You'll Do:
- Customer Service: Assist customers via email, DMs, live chat, text, and in-store interactions, helping them find their perfect luxury swimwear.
- Order Fulfillment: Support online order processing, including packing and shipping with care.
- Showroom Support: Help maintain a stylish and inviting showroom space while assisting customers with styling.
- Inventory & Merchandising: Assist with organization, restocking, and product readiness for both in-store and online sales.
- Marketing & Social Media Assistance: Contribute to brand engagement and promotional efforts.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong customer service skills and a passion for fashion.
- Previous experience in retail, eCommerce, or customer support is a plus.
- Familiarity with Shopify or similar platforms is helpful but not required.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills (English required).
- A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to learn.
