JOB TITLE: Yoga Advisor

JOB SUMMARY:
The Yoga Advisor (YA) is the primary interface with the students. The YA inspires students to reach their fullest potential while finding the right class type and schedule to foster a healthy, long term practice. YA’s objective is to increase the recurring student base and inspire students continue their practice through helping new students find the best ongoing membership option and helps current students stay engaged with their practice. This person must enjoy interacting with people through different methods (phone, email, in person) and must be exceptional at compassionate sales.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Support the mission and vision of BYNT
 Be knowledgeable and promote BYNT pricing options, sales, deals, and events
 Achieve sales goals/benchmarks to help studio achieve overall financial goals

 Serve customers by helping them select products to support their practice

 Greet customers in a welcoming manner

 Class and member management: Manage financial transactions, class attendance, and member information
 Maintain the overall cleanliness and orderliness of the studio including; bathrooms, dressing rooms, and lobby/retail areas
 Support the yoga studio by attending special events, such as workshops, charity events, and staff/student appreciation events.

QUALIFICATION/REQUIREMENTS:
 Excellent customer service skills.

 Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.

 Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word)

 Proficiency in Google products (Docs, Sheets, Forms, etc)

 Clear written and verbal communications.

 Organized and able to multi task.

 Ability to actively listen.

 Good time management skills.

 Excellent attention to detail.

 Works well in a team environment.

 Able to maintain confidential information.

 BYNT recommends a regular Bikram Yoga and Inferno Hot Pilates practice.

 Must be able to perform tasks involving the ability to exert light physical effort in which may involve some lifting, carrying, pushing and/or pulling of objects and materials. (up to 50 pounds). Tasks may involve extended periods of time at a keyboard or workstation.

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:
 1-2 years general sales experience.

 1-2 years outbound service sales experience.

 2-3 years of customer service experience.
