Position: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Location: New London, CT
Type: Full-Time

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join a school in New London, CT. This full-time role involves working closely with students who require behavior intervention support. As an RBT, you’ll collaborate with educators and support staff to implement individualized plans that foster positive behavioral changes and academic success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one behavioral support to students in a school setting.
  • Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) designed by a supervising BCBA.
  • Collect data on student behaviors and report progress to the supervising BCBA and school team.
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to promote consistency in intervention strategies.
  • Maintain a positive and professional relationship with students, staff, and families.

Qualifications:

  • Current RBT certification required.
  • Experience working with children or in a school setting is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Commitment to supporting students’ behavioral and educational development.
