Join our warm, dynamic team at Bilingual Therapies of South Florida! We’re seeking a passionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/OTA) who loves working with kids and is excited to grow within a collaborative, bilingual pediatric clinic.
Work alongside a multidisciplinary team of Speech-Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, and Behavior Therapists—all dedicated to making therapy fun and impactful.
What We Offer:

- Currently 25–28 in-office hours available with potential to build to full-time

Requirements:
- Florida OTA license
- Pediatric experience (fieldwork or professional)
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
- Medicaid provider number or willingness to apply
- BLS Certification
- Professional liability insurance
Compensation Options:
- Contractor: $35–$42/hour (based on experience)
- Hourly (W-2): Competitive rate with team support
- Salary with benefits: Available once schedule reaches full-time
