Join our warm, dynamic team at Bilingual Therapies of South Florida! We’re seeking a passionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/OTA) who loves working with kids and is excited to grow within a collaborative, bilingual pediatric clinic.

Work alongside a multidisciplinary team of Speech-Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, and Behavior Therapists—all dedicated to making therapy fun and impactful.

• Clinic-based caseload – no travel required
• Optional travel opportunities available to supplement hours
• Currently 25–28 in-office hours available with potential to build to full-time

• Flexible scheduling – afternoon availability is required

Requirements:

• Florida OTA license
• Pediatric experience (fieldwork or professional)
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
• Medicaid provider number or willingness to apply
• BLS Certification
• Professional liability insurance

Compensation Options:

• Contractor: $35–$42/hour (based on experience)
• Hourly (W-2): Competitive rate with team support
• Salary with benefits: Available once schedule reaches full-time
