Hours : Full-time, Monday Friday, 37.5 hours per week
About the Role :
We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team in Lake City, FL , for the 2025-2026 school year. This onsite-only position will support a caseload of 60 elementary and secondary students , providing essential therapy services to help them succeed in their academic environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide direct occupational therapy services to students based on their individual needs.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to develop and implement appropriate treatment plans.
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support students' educational goals.
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to individualized educational plans.
