Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support to students in both one-on-one and group settings.

• Assist teachers with classroom management, lesson preparation, and instructional support.

• Support students with academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs.

• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure student success.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED (Associates degree or higher is a plus).

• Experience working with students in an educational or childcare setting is preferred.

• Strong communication, patience, and organizational skills.
