Hiring Special Education Teachers in Brooklyn, NY

Are you passionate about supporting student growth and fostering inclusive learning environments? Join our dedicated team in Brooklyn, NY, as a Special Education Teacher! Were looking for educators who are ready to make an impact in a supportive and collaborative school community.

We have 4 full-time openings for the 2024-2025 school year:

1. 6th Grade ICT (Integrated Co-Teaching)

   • Co-teach alongside a general education teacher
   • Lead small group pull-out sessions for students with IEPs

2. 4th-8th Grade SETSS (Special Education Teacher Support Services)

   • Provide small-group, pull-out instruction for students in grades 4-8
   • Groups will have no more than 8 students at a time

3. 5th Grade ICT (Integrated Co-Teaching)

   • Co-teach alongside a general education teacher
   • Lead small group pull-out sessions for students with IEPs

4. 8th Grade ICT (Integrated Co-Teaching)

   • Co-teach a general education classroom of about 25 students (including 10 students with IEPs)
   • Lead small group pull-out sessions with no more than 8 students at a time

• 40 hours per week
• Full-year position running from ASAP to June 27, 2025
• Onsite only
