Position Overview:
We are hiring for 3 full-time Social Worker positions in Waukegan, Illinois! Responsibilities:
- Provide counseling and support to students dealing with social, emotional, or behavioral issues.
- Develop and implement individualized intervention plans.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student well-being.
- Conduct assessments and maintain accurate records for students.
- Provide crisis intervention and support when needed.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Social Work (MSW) required.
- Illinois State Social Worker license required.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required.
Position Details:
- Classroom: District-wide, working with students across multiple grade levels.
- Hours per Week: Full-Time, 8:00 AM 3:15 PM, Monday to Friday.
- Weekly Pay: Competitive salary based on experience.
- Benefits: Comprehensive package including Dental, Medical, Vision, and 401K plan.
- Contract Duration: Current school year with an option to extend for the 2024-2025 school year.
