About the Role :
We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team in Dorchester, MA . This onsite-only position will support middle and high school students (grades 5-9, ages 9-15) , helping them develop essential skills for academic and personal success.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide direct occupational therapy services to students.
- Conduct assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with educators, staff, and families to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and state requirements.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to intervention plans.
