Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide online speech therapy services to students across New Jersey. In this full-time, remote role, you will support students with speech and language challenges, working to help them reach their communication goals from the comfort of a virtual setting. The ideal candidate will be licensed in New Jersey and have a passion for making a positive impact in students' lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students.
- Provide engaging, interactive speech therapy sessions online for students with diverse needs.
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure students' success.
- Participate in virtual IEP meetings and maintain accurate records of student progress.
- Utilize digital tools and resources to enhance the delivery of speech and language services.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid New Jersey SLP license.
- ASHA CCCs (Certificate of Clinical Competence).
- Experience working with children and students in a school-based setting.
- Familiarity with virtual therapy platforms and technology.
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
