Position Overview:
We're looking for a skilled and passionate BCBA to join our team in Clifton, New Jersey. This full-time, onsite position allows you to make a meaningful difference in the lives of elementary students. You'll be working with a manageable caseload of 20-30 students, helping to implement behavior intervention plans and providing support to staff and families.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and create behavior intervention plans.
- Provide direct support and training to staff and families.
- Monitor and evaluate student progress and make necessary adjustments to plans.
- Collaborate with teachers and school teams to ensure the success of students.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all services provided.
Qualifications:
- Valid BCBA certification.
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
- Experience working with elementary-aged students preferred.
Position Details:
- Classroom: Mostly elementary school settings.
- Hours per Week: Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week.
- Weekly Pay: Competitive salary based on experience.
- Benefits: Comprehensive package including Dental, Medical, Vision, and 401K plan.
- Contract Duration: ASAP through 6/20/25, with the option to extend.
