Position Details:
- Location: Carmel, IN
- School Year: Now June 2, 2025
- Position Type: Full-time
- Grade Levels: Intermediate School (Grades 46)
- Caseload: Approximately 110 students
- Support Team:
- Supervise 1 full-time SLPA and 1 part-time SLPA
- Collaborate with an additional SLP supporting nonverbal life skills students
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language services to students in grades 46
- Supervise and support SLPA staff to ensure effective service delivery
- Collaborate with educators, staff, and families to promote student growth
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for assigned students
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and therapy sessions
What Were Looking For:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist License for the state of Indiana
- CCC-SLP certification preferred
- School-based or pediatric experience is a plus
- Strong leadership, collaboration, and organizational skills
