Key Responsibilities
Order Processing
- Accurately process and manage customer orders from receipt to delivery.
- Collaborate with sales, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment.
- Address and resolve order-related issues, such as delays, shortages, or discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, inventory, and shipments in the company’s system.
- Monitor ordering trends and communicate with sales and production teams of deviations, upward or downward customer trends.
- Monitor and evaluate supply chain performance metrics, including inventory levels, production schedules, and transportation costs.
- Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement within the supply chain.
- Develop and present data-driven insights and recommendations to streamline operations.
- Support demand forecasting and inventory planning by analyzing historical data and market trends.
- Work closely with procurement, production, and logistics teams to align operations with business goals.
- Prepare regular reports and dashboards to communicate key supply chain metrics to management.
- Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in order processing, supply chain management, or logistics.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems).
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with the food manufacturing industry is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
