Production Line Lead

Bilinski Sausage Mfg. Co. in Cohoes, NY, seeks a Production Line Lead for our packaging operations to lead a team of 4-6 employees in our 1st Shift production operations. If you are passionate about food production, ensuring quality, and leading a team, we want to hear from you!

Production Line Lead

Salary: $26.00 per/hr with increases available after successfully completing 90 day training and meeting job expectations.

HOURS: 4-DAY Workweek (12 hour shifts) 6:00am-6:00pm plus mandatory overtime as the daily schedule requires. Must be available to work Saturdays.

Responsibilities Include

• Meeting packaging efficiency goals
• Motivating team members
• Ensuring compliance with dress code, on-time starts, and sanitation for the line
• Completing all batch paperwork and making sure all product packaging specifications are met
• Filling in for key line positions when needed
• Organizing and preparing all supplies, including labels and packaging materials
  
  

The right candidate is experienced in production machinery (preferably food machinery) and handling. Must have excellent attention to detail, be able to multi-task, and have a team player attitude.
