Bilinski's Sausage Mfg. Co. is seeking an experienced team member for our refrigerated warehouse.
The right candidate must have the following attributes :
- The ability to operate a forklift and pallet jack with training
- The ability to lift and move on average 25 lbs but a maximum of 50 lbs occasionally
- The ability to communicate with employees and vendors in a professional manner
- The ability to work successfully in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
Please note : this is a temperature-controlled workspace, with temperatures generally set around 35 degrees.
Hours are (5) days a week including Saturday from 6 : 30 AM - 3 : 00 PM with mandatory overtime as needed.
Pay rate is $21 / hr ($1 shift differential included for Mandatory Saturdays) with an increase to $22-$23 / hr after completion of 90 day training.

NOTE : This is a refrigerated work space, with temperatures generally around 35 degrees. We have a no facial hair policy and no jewelry policy for all production and warehouse positions
