Automotive Sales Consultant

Job Summary:
Bill Alexander Mazda Mitsubishi is currently seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven individual to fill the position of Automotive Sales Consultant in Yuma, Arizona. This is a full-time, individual contributor role in the fast-paced and exciting automotive industry. The chosen candidate will be responsible for selling new and used vehicles to customers, while providing exceptional customer service and building and maintaining strong relationships.

Compensation & Benefits:
This position offers a base salary plus commission structure, with a potential earning potential of $4000 to $12000 per month. This compensation will be paid bi-weekly. In addition to competitive pay, our company offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401k, and paid time off.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Understand and demonstrate knowledge of all vehicle models, features, and benefits.
- Proactively reach out to potential customers to generate leads and sales.
- Conduct test drives and assist customers in choosing the right vehicle for their needs and budget.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain contact with customers after the sale, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Collaborate with sales team and management to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, pricing, and inventory.
- Utilize sales techniques and strategies to maximize sales and profits.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment.
- Proficient in using technology and CRM systems.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
