Description
The Project Manager will facilitate the development and administration of assigned airport design and construction projects through inception, scope, budget approval and close out. They will maintain project organization, documentation, scheduling, contracting and administration throughout those projects.
Additional duties include observing all projects for compliance with contract documents and specifications, facilitate final punch list and project close-out, process project invoices, serve as primary point of contact, and facilitate coordination between all project stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction, or Engineering is preferred; along with a minimum 5 years work experience in design or construction project management representing the owner. Airport work experience includes terminal and landside facility construction, paving, utilities, storm water, conveyor systems, commercial and industrial structures, and buildings (specialty), building systems, roads and demolition is preferable. Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
This is a Full-time, Exempt position that will normally work Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm , but must be on-call and available to report to work during nights, weekends, and holidays if needed. The salary pay grade range is $63,140 - $94,710 annually. Starting bi-weekly pay rate will be based on previous work experience and education.
