What You'll Do:
- Clerical Excellence: Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling, filing, and handling correspondence with precision and efficiency.
- Exceptional Customer Service: Greet clients with a warm smile, assist with membership inquiries and client needs, and provide personalized support to ensure an outstanding gym experience.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our trainers and management to keep everything running smoothly and contribute to a positive, energetic atmosphere.
- Caring Presence: Be a supportive, empathetic point of contact for our clients, making a positive impact on their fitness journeys and overall well-being.
