What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)
-Client Engagement & Retention (40%)
- Actively reach out to members to ensure continued participation and prevent cancellations and suspensions.
- Manage renewal efforts by identifying at-risk members and offering solutions.
- Track client attendance and proactively follow up with members who have decreased visits.
- Event Planning & Community Building (25%)
- Organize and execute gym challenges, events, and promotions.
- Work with trainers and staff to promote engagement opportunities.
- Track participation and analyze the impact of events on retention.
- Client Experience & Scheduling (20%)
- Serve as a friendly and approachable point of contact for all members.
- Assist with class and personal training scheduling.
- Address client concerns with professionalism and care.
- Create social media posts that highlight members and member experience
-Facility Oversight & Clerical Tasks (15%)
- Ensure the gym remains clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Perform light administrative duties, such as membership updates and supply tracking.
