The team supports stakeholders across the company to understand their needs, collect applicable requirements, develop solutions, solicit feedback, deploy to the data ecosystem, and showcase the result. Engineers on the Data Operations team bring a sense of pragmatic perfectionism, doing their best work every day and delivering quality data products to those whom they support.Architect and maintain a scalable CDP aligned with GTM and sales objectivesDesign and implement robust ETL / ELT pipelines for efficient data processing, as necessaryIntegrate the CDP with CRM and marketing automation toolsEnsure data quality, security, and governance across the platformCollaborate cross-functionally to translate business requirements into technical solutionsWe’d love to chat if you have : BS / BA in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)5 years in data warehousing roles building scalable, enterprise-grade ecosystems3 years in financial services and / or SaaS environmentsProven experience designing and integrating customer data platforms that drive go-to-market and sales motionsExpert proficiency in SQL (multiple dialects preferred)Deep understanding of ETL / ELT design patterns, data ingestion methods, and orchestration frameworks tailored for CDP environmentsAdvanced skills in warehouse schema design and dimensional data modelingDemonstrated ability to align data architectures with GTM strategies, supporting sales enablement and marketing automationTrack record of delivering data solutions that enable actionable insights for customer segmentation, lead scoring, and sales strategiesExperience leading multi-phase data migrations and system transformations in support of enterprise-wide initiativesThe estimated base salary range for this role is noted below for our office location in Draper, UT. Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in BILL’s bonus and equity plan. Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above.
