Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and refer them to the appropriate person
  • Contact potential customers to follow up on previous services / lead submissions with the goal to convert them into sales opportunities
  • Manage and respond to phone calls, emails, text messages and social media responses
  • Set up sales appointments with customers with the focus that all customers are prospective long-term customers
  • Establish follow-ups with sales appointments
  • Obtain customer information and keep accurate database
  • Maintain a dealership standard for response time
  • Work in close partnership with sales consultants to provide qualified leads and detailed information on customer requirements
  • Participate in training programs to keep current on available vehicles to provide appropriate suggestions and guidance on our vehicle offerings

Job Type: Full-time

 

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus opportunities
  • Performance bonus

Experience:

  • high-volume phone call: 1 year (Preferred)

Ability to Commute:

  • Tampa, FL 33614 (Required)

Work Location: In person


Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong computer and typing skills
  • Solid working knowledge of the Internet and social media accounts
  • Listen and be attentive to customer’s needs and priorities
  • Strong attention to details and works well in a process-driven environment
  • Ability to use scripts and call process tools
  • Maintain a professional appearance at all times
  • Strong sales / telemarketing / customer service experience preferred
  • Bilingual, a plus
