Compensation: $125,000-$170,000
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the used car department, including inventory management, pricing strategies, and sales processes.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract customers and drive sales.
- Train, motivate, and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and departmental goals.
- Ensure that all vehicles meet high-quality standards through thorough inspections and reconditioning processes.
- Maintain strong relationships with wholesalers, auctions, and other sources to acquire inventory.
- Monitor market trends and adjust inventory and pricing strategies accordingly to maximize profitability.
Requirements:
- Satisfactory Background CheckMinimum of 2 years in a automotive sales management role at a new car dealership.
- Proven track record of success in automotive sales, with a focus on new car sales.
- Familiarity with the local market strongly preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of Hyundai vehicles, features, and specifications.
- Ability to analyze sales data and develop actionable strategies for improvement.
- Strong leadership qualities with a motivational and results-driven approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
