The Role
We are seeking a Client Service Associate (CSA) to serve as the primary support for both clients and the lead advisor, David Goar. This role is ideal for a highly organized and personable professional who can handle client requests, manage paperwork, and ensure a seamless client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relations & Support
- Serve as the first point of contact for client questions and concerns.
- Provide a red carpet welcome for clients, ensuring they feel valued.
- Build strong rapport with long-term clients and handle requests with patience.
- Administrative & Account Processing
- Process and manage all client paperwork, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Open new accounts and ensure risk profiles and agreements are properly documented.
- Office & Scheduling Management
- Maintain organization and efficiency in office operations.
- Ensure David Goar’s time is maximized by handling client issues before they reach him.
- Assist in keeping track of action items and client follow-ups.

Schedule & Compensation
- Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM (30-minute lunch break).
- Salary: $40,000 - $55,000, depending on experience.
