As Vice President, Operations, you will be responsible for the overall performance, profitability, and strategic direction of our Trinidad & Tobago operations. Description
- Work with the President and senior management to create and ensure the Company vision and core values are integrated into our operational strategies.
- Lead and oversee the operational and financial performance of the Trinidad & Tobago branch, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Drive client success by delivering on SLAs, meeting contractual obligations, and fostering strong relationships.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to optimize operational efficiency, increase revenue, and improve overall business performance.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to ensure profitability and cost control.
- Oversee talent development, team performance, and succession planning, ensuring a high-performing workforce.
- Collaborate with global senior management on corporate projects and initiatives.
- Maintain a strong understanding of local business culture, labor laws, and market trends to effectively manage operations and workforce strategies.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to enhance our brand presence.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field (preferred).
- 5 years of experience in an Operations Director or senior leadership role within a BPO environment.
Experience:
- Ability to obtain any necessary collection/trace licenses for applicable jurisdictions, if required.
- Proven leadership experience in the BPO industry, with a strong background in managing large-scale operations.
- Deep understanding of the Trinidad & Tobago business culture and the offshore market.
- Ability and willingness to relocate to Trinidad & Tobago.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L management, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and client relationship skills.
- Ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams, driving engagement and performance.
- A data-driven mindset with experience in process optimization and continuous improvement.
