Responsibilities
Convert leads and current database clients into appointments for the sales team
Manifest opportunities through outbound follow-up calls/emails
Respond to emails in a professional, well-spoken manner
Ensure COMPLETE customer satisfaction every time
Learn and understands all products and services offered
Attend/complete required training and department meetings
Willing to learn and grow in the position
Qualifications
High school graduate
Proficient use of computer systems, specifically Customer Relation Management software used in car industry or similar field
Ability to handle/make a high volume of calls/emails for 8 hours a day (anywhere from 100-300 points of contact expected per day)
Appointment setting skills
One year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Sales skills, great communication, and excellent customer service skills are a must
Professional personal appearance
Organization and thorough follow-up skills are necessary for staying in touch with the client prior to and after the sale
Current valid driver’s license is required for all employees
