Responsibilities
- Provide the best customer service in San Diego
- Work with management and team members to promote the company's culture, reputation and philosophy
- Respond to new projects with the Lead Technician within company's scheduled time windows.
- Show basic understanding of all metering tools (thermal camera, penetrating and non-penetrating, thermal hygrometer, etc.)
- Assist in conducting an initial assessment to determine the extent of the damage, the scope and strategy to remediate the project for mold, sewage, fire and water losses.
- Show basic knowledge of how-to moisture map and sketch a project accurately.
- Show basic knowledge and assist in documenting a project through photos, notes and field reports
- Assist in keeping vehicles clean and stocked with required materials and equipment allocated to a project.
- Assist in maintaining a safe workplace, free from obvious health and safety issues for the customer and staff members.
- Successfully complete tasks on project as instructed by the Lead technician without supervision.
Qualifications
- Water damage restoration experience is a plus.
- Valid Driver's License required

Physical Requirements
- This role routinely uses construction equipment such as heavy machinery, hand and power tools.
- While performing the duties of the job the employee may work aloft, climb, bend, pull, reach overhead, stand/walk for long periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Frequently is required to use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls; and reach with hands and arms.
Environmental Conditions
- Travel to a variety of worksites every day.
- May work in varying temperatures; both inside and outside, including inclement weather, heat, humidity, cold, and dampness.
- May work in areas with exposure to moderate/high noise levels.
- May be exposed to fumes or airborne particles including dust.
- May be required to work in confined spaces or from high heights.
