The Role at a Glance – Service Coordinator
Bill Jacobs Motorsport, a multi-franchise, award-winning luxury dealer organization that includes manufacturers such as BMW, MINI, VW, Jaguar, and Land Rover is excited to for a Service Coordinator to join our team.
The Service Coordinator increases the service traffic of the dealership by handling inbound service calls and making outbound service calls which produce solid and specific appointments for the service department. The Service Coordinator is the essential communication link between the customer and the dealership. The Service Coordinator must be a friendly, articulate, enthusiastic, and self-motivated team player with outstanding communication skills, a positive attitude, and an excellent work ethic.

What you'll be doing
- Ensure that all service calls are answered promptly and professionally.
- Follow company guidelines on all inbound and outbound call protocols.
- Consistently maintain daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
- Ensure that all information entered into Client Care software is consistent and accurate.
- Maintains a professional code of conduct at all times.
- Acts as the essential communication link between Bill Jacobs and our clients!
