Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all service department operations, including scheduling, staffing, and workflow management.
- Foster a customer-focused environment, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.

- Train, mentor, and evaluate service staff to enhance skills and performance.
- Maintain a high level of communication with customers regarding service needs, repairs, and follow-up.
- Monitor and analyze service department performance metrics and implement improvements as necessary.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for service sales and promotions.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Service Manager or in a similar role within the automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of Lincoln and Volvo vehicles is a plus.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Proficient in using dealership management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
