ABOUT THE ROLE
The Mill Operator is responsible for cutting and fabricating lumber for modular houses including, but not limited to, the roof truss system and plates for interior and exterior walls. This individual will utilize general carpentry skills and measuring instruments to execute with great attention to detail and accuracy.
Core functions of the role will include:
- Materials: Knowledge of commonly used construction materials. Ability to operate various woodworking machinery to cut and shape parts according to specifications.
- Preparation, Execution, and Clean Up: Properly prepare materials and work area. Complete work at an efficient but diligent pace that does not compromise on the quality of execution. Ensure a clean and error-free product upon completion.

High School Diploma or Equivalent (Preferred)
