SERVICE DRIVE MANAGER
Bill Luke San Tan is seeking a dynamic Service Drive Manager to join our world class service
team. We have an immediate opening for a motivated and process driven manager with an
outgoing and energetic personality to join our team.

Hours: Full Time, Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
Compensation: $95K - $130K

processes and procedures to ensure our customers have a VIP experience

the company in mind. The ability to drive sales through VIP experiences.
Must be able to:
- Strong ability to multitask
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently both individually and as part of a team
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all customer interactions are positive and professional.
- Ask the right questions to learn how we may be more helpful to our customers.
- Supervising, planning, and scheduling all service personnel
- Develop and implement processes to improve the efficiency and profitability of the service department.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the service department and attract new customers.
- Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and develop action plans for continuous improvement.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with service work.
Job Qualifications:
- 3 years of dealership service advisor or service management experience
- Reynolds DMS experience is a plus
- XTime experience is a plus
