Part Time Weekend Receptionist
Receptionist/ Front Desk Part Time Weekend shift $13-$15/hour
Hours: Saturday 8:00am - 6:00pm and Sunday 9:30am - 5:00pm
Compensation : $17.00- $17.50 per hour DOE

About us:
Bill Luke San Tan is Now Hiring a Weekend Receptionist! If you have Reception experience we would love to chat with you.
This is a fast paced, busy role, filled with Customer Service, and Phone Etiquette.
You will also greet all of the Customers who come into the dealership, and work hand in hand with our staff.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in customers and visitors
- Answer phones and direct customers to the proper department
- Handle customer questions diplomatically and refer to the appropriate manager for resolution if needed.
- Check out/log dealer plates, gas cards, and jump boxes to sales professionals and lot attendants
- Refill foam cups by the water/ice machine as needed
- Push in chairs and make sure the showroom is tidy throughout the day
- Replenish the break room coffee bar throughout the day
- Make sales folders as needed
- Check the license plate, gas card, and jump box inventory when you get in, and again before you leave for the day
- Assist the managers with various clerical duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous Customer Service experience
- Automotive Experience is a Plus
- Ability to communicate customers' interests needs and requests to management and sales personnel
- Professional personal appearance. No visible tattoos
- Must be 18 and over
